Open position for Compliance Operations Manager, Social Services  

Oversee multiple programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure that the social service team provides comprehensive quality services. Provide operation and administrative support to ensure program and contractual compliance and ensure the accurate and punctual submission of required documentation and reporting to city, state, and federal agencies.  Build and sustain a strong service network with external providers and community-based organizations to support staff and assist individuals. Assist organization in logical analyses on programs, procedures, development of future project plans, guidelines, controls, efficiency, and effectiveness of the organization’s functions. Ensure individuals receive quality and appropriate services per organizational principles and program requirements. Develop enhancement strategies for underperforming areas. Conduct relevant internal training to enhance staff skills. Collect, verify, compute, consolidate and review a variety of statistical data and analysis in the areas of child development, family services, education, health, and nutrition, to prepare reports and briefings. Schedule appropriate external training as needed to support staff development. Prepare, coordinate and ensure that all reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.  Attend meetings, training, and presentations.  Perform detailed review, effectively communicate deficiencies, ensure appropriate reporting, and follow-up on necessary corrective actions.
